Introduction

This blog has been created to capture progress in the Freeman Patterson study group created at DPChallenge.

Rules to break:

1. Hold the camera steady
2. Always have the main subject in sharp focus
3. Always listen to the camera's light meter
4. Obey all composition rules - i.e. rule of thirds
5. Always look through the viewfinder (use the lcd)
-- to break, don't use the viewfinder or lcd
6. Remain perfectly still while taking a shot
7. Horizon must always be level
8. Fill the Frame
9. Always shoot during the golden hours
